DAY 24 - PEACE
If you have been recently diagnosed with cancer, you may be agitated. You shout at the people around you. You are like a live wire that people avoid because they do not want to hear your sharp words that cuts like a knife. You refuse to eat, lose interest in activities that you used to enjoy, and have been turning in your sleep. You are worried because as a cancer patient, you may be at a higher risk of contracting COVID.
Take charge of your health and awaken the healer in yourself. Have faith. Eat healthy foods. Activate your muscles. Love unconditionally. Improve your sleep. Nurture your mind, soul and spirit. Give up tobacco, alcohol and other addictions so you can live in harmony and at peace. You will recover from cancer because you are at peace with the Lord, who calms the stormy sea when you call out to Him. Peace is not the calm before the storm but the calm during the storm.
From Philippians 4:7, "Then the peace of God that surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus."
God, the Father, please bless me and keep me safe. Let Your face shine upon me and give me peace as I face each day with the surging storm in my heart and mind. Keep me calm as I receive the true healing that I desire. In Jesus Name. AMEN.
Say "Peace be with you" when you feel like arguing or losing your temper today.
