JUSTICE - Day 15 of the Healing Journey with Jesus

DAY 15 - JUSTICE

Almost everyone is familiar with the story of Cinderella. She was badly treated by her wicked stepmother and stepsisters but she never complained. Her reward in the end was sweet revenge because she lived happily ever after with her handsome prince. Have you ever wanted to make a person pay for hurting you? In the old testament, you can seek justice by taking an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth. However, you do not have to take revenge but let the Lord take the vengeance for you so you will not dirty your hands.

In the New Testament, Jesus encourages you to turn the other cheek instead. “Kapag binato ka ng bato, umilag ka na lang kasi mahal ang tinapay ngayon.” Kidding aside, if you have just been diagnosed with cancer and you continue to harbor evil thoughts and feelings about someone, you will close yourself to receive the healing that you desire. If you have been betrayed by someone, let the Lord take care of you. He will see to it that justice is served in a way that is best. The Lord is a generous God. He will not test you beyond what you can bear. He will provide the way out of your trial if you follow His will for your life. He will make sure that true justice is served if you trust Him to take care of you.

PAUSE
