GRATITUDE - Day 10 of the Healing Journey with Jesus

DAY 10 - GRATITUDE
I booked a flight with my mom and older brother to leave in September 2019 for New York, USA to attend the birthday celebration of my younger sister but I had yet to renew my expired US visa. I stood in line with other applicants under the heat of the sun along the sidewalk of Roxas Boulevard. I took a risk but was truly grateful for getting the visa at least 2 days before departure. We had a safe journey after a 15 hour direct flight from Manila. We were able to celebrate with my other siblings and their families even for a short period.
Choose to be thankful for every blessing that you receive, big or small. If you are a recipient of a good deed, choose to pay it forward by helping another who may be discouraged. To be grateful is not to expect a reward from the one whom you helped. Likewise, embrace your illness because it is a part of you. It is meant to teach you a lesson. Be thankful for that second chance to live your life to the fullest by answering your true calling. Gratitude is the key to receive more blessings. What you already have is enough. As you continue to be grateful, you open the gates of heaven so you receive more than you need especially if you are not afraid to give away your blessings because you have been blessed and that includes the healing of your disease.
PAUSE
From 1 Thessalonians 5:18, " In all circumstances give thanks, for this is the will of God, for you in Christ Jesus."
PRAY
Thank you, Lord, for a brand new day to adore You in everything I think, say and do providing all my needs in a way that is best for me. Thank You for your mercy and compassion. Thank You for the healing of my body, mind, soul and spirit. In Jesus Mighty Name. AMEN.
PERFORM
For today say, "Thank you" for every blessing that you receive during the day, be it great or small.
