DAY 1 - ASK

Two weeks after my surgery, I went to the Histopathology Section of the hospital to get my results. As I read the paper handed to me, my hands were shaking. My fate was sealed. One month after my surgery, I had my chemotherapy because I tested positive for cancer cells in 1 out of 18 lymph nodes. After every session, I would have a menthol sensation in my nose and my head would ache. I would hug the toilet bowl after every chemotherapy session because I was vomiting everything I had in me. What worried me more was throwing up the Php 850 capsule I took that was supposed to keep me from vomiting. Obviously, it did not work. I asked the Lord to help me overcome the side effects of my treatment even if it meant going through a harrowing experience.

From Matthew 7:7,"Ask and you shall receive. Seek and you shall find. Knock and the door will be opened".

PRAY I adore you O Lord and I praise You. I am truly sorry for having offended You. I thank You Lord for this brand new day to glorify you in everything I think, say, and do. Grant me the grace I implore even if it means asking for a miracle as I seek the healing of my cancer. In Jesus Name. AMEN.

Today, write a love letter to God stating all that You want him to do for you and read that letter when you wake up in the morning and before you sleep at night.
