BE THE LIGHT

Updated: Mar 16, 2021

When I first found out that I head breast cancer, I was in a limbo. Everything I saw around me was darkness. I was afraid of the uncertainty. But I chose to find the purpose of my illness. I saw the light at the end of the tunnel and I overcame.

I am now a cancer survivor and a pink warrior. I help cancer patients avoid the recurrence of cancer by balancing medical and non-medical solutions because cancer is not just a physical illness. Cancer encompasses the spiritual, mental, emotional and social states of an individual. I chose to be the light by explaining cancer in the simplest way possible, especially with regards to how it develops, what causes it, how to diagnose, treat, prevent and avoid the recurrence of cancer.

Find out how you can be the light to other cancer patients. Because you were tested by what you have suffered, you can help others being tested, too. Today is Day 20 of the 30 days to Change Your Life After Cancer Diagnosis. When you PAUSE, you reflect on God's words. When you PRAY, you ask for God's help, And when you PERFORM, you do your best and God will do the rest because "...faith without works is dead."(James 2:26)

PAUSE

From John 3:21, " Bit whoever lives the truth comes to the light, so that his works may be clearly seen as done in God.:

PRAY

God, Almighty Father, have mercy on me a sinner. Even though trials come my way, may I be a beacon of light to lead others to You as I consecrate myself totally to Your Immaculate Mother. and with the guidance of the Holy Spirit. These I ask in Jesus Name. AMEN.

PERFORM

Be the light to someone who feels lost and afraid.
